Who are Deli Store?

Deli Store are a team of specialists in paper cups and food service packaging. Our main aim is to significantly reduce the cost of deli packaging whilst ensuring high quality. We also aim to offer the most up to date and affordable products available in the current packaging market. See more on our About Us page.

Is it safe to buy from Deli Store?

We'd like to think so. We've been here since 2008, we've grown to include 9 different businesses under the Vaiopak Group. We were recently acquired by Zeus, one of the largest independently owned packaging companies in Europe. We've partnered with Sage Pay to offer you a safe, efficient and secure checkout process and we pride ourselves on our many happy customers.

Where do Deli Store ship to?

Deli Store ships to all of the UK.

Where do my Deli Store packages ship from?

Deli Store orders are delivered from our fulfillment center based in Biggleswade, Bedfordshire, UK and on some occasions from our warehouse in Saffron Walden, Essex.

When will I get my Stuff?

All orders are processed as soon as possible. 

UK Mainland: Orders placed before 14.00 are usually delivered on the next business day.

Northern Ireland, Offshore & Scottish Highlands: Orders placed before 14.00 are usually delivered within 2-3 business days.

If there is going to be any delay at all, we will contact you asap.

How do I get Free Shipping?

We currently offer free shipping in the UK Mainland on orders over £79 ex vat

We currently offer free shipping in the Northern Ireland, Offshore & Scottish Highlands on orders over £179 ex vat

How much is Shipping if I'm below the Free Delivery Threshold?

In the UK Mainland, orders under £79 ex vat incur a flat charge of only £4.99 ex vat.

In Northern Ireland, Offshore & Scottish Highlands, orders under £179 ex vat incur a flat charge of only £19.95 ex vat.

Is there a minimum order value?

No. Customers can order as much or as little as they need.

What courier do you use?

Nearly all of our orders are delivered by DPD, but on some occasions, especially with larger orders, we may use a pallet delivery service.

What days do you deliver?

Please note that orders are shipped and delivered on business days only (This excludes weekends and holidays).

How do I track my order?

Please note that we will provide a tracking number for all orders. This number is allocated to and updated on the order when the order is handed over to the courier. Orders are picked and dispatched overnight so the tracking number may take a little while to actually appear in your account.

My Order

How do I place an order?

To place an order, go to a product page, select the desired quantity of the item, and add it to your cart via the "Add to Cart" button. Before you check out, you’ll be prompted to create an account or to log in to your existing account. During checkout, you just need to enter or confirm your shipping address and credit card information, then you can place your order.

How do I cancel an order?

If you need to cancel your order please contact us via phone as soon as possible at 0845 017 7527 or via email to info@delistore.co.uk

We aim to process orders asap so please contact us within 1 hour for cancellation. Unfortunately, after this time we wont be able to cancel the order but once the items have arrived, you can initiate a return by contacting us on the details above.

Loyalty Program - Deli Store Points

**Please note that your points are allocated once your initial order is shipped.**

How do Deli Store points work? 

In the UK, you earn 1 point for every £2 spent. Each point is worth £0.10 pence.

Example: 10 points is worth £1 off any order.

Can my Deli Store points be used on sale items?

Yes, you can use your points on sale items.

Will my Deli Store points expire?

Good news, your points will never expire.

What do I do if I haven't received my Deli Store points?

Please contact us if you encounter any issue relating to your points.

What will happen to my Deli Store points if I return product/order?

If you used points to help pay for the order in question, these points will be refunded back onto your account.

How do I know how many Deli Store points I have?

You can check your points balance on your My Account page. Your balance is displayed in the top right-hand corner.

Is there a minimum Deli Store points balance for redemption?

You must have at least 10 points to redeem against an order.

Can I choose how many Deli Store points I want to redeem on an order?

Yes, you are in control of this. When you get to the payment page for an order, you can select how many points to redeem against the order.

How do I know how many points I earn on each product?

The number of points earned will be displayed on each product page.

Can my Deli Store points pay for delivery charges?

Yes, you can use your points as payment for delivery.

Can I earn Deli Store points on the cost of delivery?

No, the cost of delivery is not included when calculating points earned on an order.

My Account

Can I change my address details?

You can easily change your delivery address, set your default delivery address and enter/delete addresses by visiting the account section on the site.

How do I see my order history?

You can see your order history by visiting the Order History page in the account section on the site.

Can I download my invoices?

You can see and download your invoices by visiting the Invoices page in the account section on the site.

Returns

How do I return a product?

At Deli Store we take pride in our quality products and we value our relationship with you. If at any time you feel our products do not meet your needs please return the item by following our e-commerce return policy within the applicable 30 day period.

Why do I have to contact you before I return stuff?

Certain items are non-returnable; that's why we ask you to give us a shout before you attempt a return because we may just tell you to hold on to it (whilst still refunding you).

What is Deli Store’ return policy?

You have 30 days from delivery to make a return. We reserve the right to refuse a return if an item is not returned in its original condition, including all packaging and tags, but we understand that things happen. Give us a shout if unsure.

What are the advantages of a trade account?

Advantages of a trade account would be larger pack quantities, wholesale pricing, scheduled free deliveries, credit accounts and direct account support.
