Delivery, Payment & Returns
Deli Store accept all major credit and debit cards processed through Sage Pay.
All sales within the UK are subject to VAT at the prevailing rate (20%)
Where items are out of stock/temporarily unavailable then the bulk of the order placed will be dispatched. It is up to the customer to re-order out of stock items.
All Deli Store orders are sent via Tuffnells on a 2 -3 day service. All orders placed before 1pm on our Next Day delivery option, Mon - Thurs will be sent out the same day. Please contact our sales team if you require your order urgently. You will receive an email as soon as your order is dispatched.
Deli Store charge a flat rate of £8.95 per delivery (UK Mainland, excludes Scottish Highlands and Northern Ireland) whether you order 1 product or 1000 products. If your order is over £100 (exc VAT), then our standard UK mainland delivery is free of charge.
We now offer a Saturday delivery option. For Saturday deliveries, all orders must be placed before 1pm Friday. All options are available on your shopping cart.
Deliveries are generally made on weekdays only (Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays) between 08:30am and 6.00pm, and require a signature at the address.
Any orders placed after 1pm on Fridays will be dispatched Monday.
If you do not receive your parcel or a calling card on the expected day of delivery please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you find that the item you ordered is not suitable or what you required we are happy to accept it back in the same condition as they were sent to you complete with all original packaging. We must receive your returns request within 14 days of your order date. Goods can be returned to us at the address below or we can arrange a collection and the cost will be deducted from your refund. Unfortunately we are unable to exchange an item so if you did order an incorrect size or product we kindly ask that you place a new order. If for any reason your order is not complete and you are missing or awaiting items please notify us within 14 days of placing your order as after this we won't be able to resolve any issues you may have.
For food safety hygiene reasons we can not accept goods back once the protective packaging has been tampered with. Whilst we understand you might need to test the product(s) you have ordered we unfortunately won't be able to refund you once the original packaging has been opened. We are more than happy to send samples before any purchase, please contact us at email@example.com and we aim to send samples within three working days.
